Others
Other in-game characters that you can interact with but who don't have a separate quest line.
Arnold
He's a homeless guy that MC runs into when released from prison. You can find him at south gateway during day time and at the bus stop during evening and at night.
If you haven't talked to him before, select:
- "Who are you?" > "My name is..." > "Was glad to meet you Arnold! I have to go!"
He can provide you the information needed for buying drugs, which are required for completing some of the quests. You'll need to have a small amount of money to give him for this info, choose:
- "I need to know something..." > "I need to know what is the password to buy now..."
- Pay him and remember the password he gives you (the password is random and it changes from day to day)
Afterwards, go to the east gateway during night time (💾 save) and click on the hidden marker on the steps in front of the door (next to where Gina is standing). Select:
- "Knock" > "I want to buy..."
- Type in the password Arnold gave you (
make sure you type correctly or it's "game over") - Buy the amount of doses needed
You can also trade with him and sell him drugs you find on the street to get some extra money.
This appears to be an exploit that allows earning money through cycle trading.
Currently trading with Arnold allows you to generate money - typically when you buy drugs from the cartel the price is cheaper than what Arnold pays you, so you can buy drugs from the cartel on the cheap and sell them to Arnold for a higher price (I wonder, how deep his pockets are and where he gets all this money while living on the street :)) and keep the difference for yourself (we're talking about 200% profit).
Gina
She's the prostitute hanging out at east gateway (where Diego hangs out with his bike). She'll offer you her services in form of a blowjob. Depending on how high your reputation is, you can negotiate a lower price from her. If you get very drunk by drinking a couple whiskeys (be careful not to black out) and then use her services, she'll have a sexier look than when you're sober.
Paola
She's a girl working at the gym as a receptionist. If she catches you ogling her and you reply that you like what you see, she'll tell you that she has a boyfriend, but she doesn't say who it is. At the moment, there's no content for her, but there might be in the future.
Querida
She's a girl hanging out with Esmeralda at the shopping area near the barbershop in the mornings. At the moment, there's no content for her, but there might be in the future.
Mother Death
A random encounter that can be triggered at a hidden location on the main map (typically below or above the location marker of the police station).
The player can give the dancing lady (misspelled as "Whoman") some money, which will give the MC an increase to his reputation, strength and handsome stats. The bigger the donation, the bigger the increase. Typically it's fine to give like $100, it's a good return on investment.
Zeus
He's Martha's husband. He'll randomly stop you on the street as you walk around the city. It's best not to insult him, unless you wanna end up spending the night in jail. Occasionally, he'll also search you for illegal substances, so try not to carry drugs around with you (or you'll end up in jail).
You can also interact with him at the police station for certain quests as well as ask for the driver's license and help with getting the cartel hitmen off your back (in case you're enemies with Hector).
