You can do Karen's S0 with either bum or normal look, however, both paths are mutually exclusive, meaning you won't be able to do the normal look path, if you complete the quests from the bum look path (unless you manually edit some parameters). It's still possible the other way around - doing normal look quests first and then revert to the bum look quests (==to be checked==). The bum quests mostly involve NTR scenes with Diego and Eddy, while the normal look quests, focus on Karen becoming MC's girlfriend at some point.

Stage 0: Introduction
You can meet her outside the cheap apartment building on Mondays after 11:00, when she's on the street talking to Diego. Just click on the marker (📷 unlocks Karen bonus 9) and let the scene play out.
From now on you'll be able to visit Karen at her apartment (in the morning after 6:00, ring the doorbell for apartment #101 of the cheap apartment complex). However, you'll need to have 60+ relationship with her for her to invite you in, which is only achievable after completing S1 with her (unless you're using the cheats).

Bum look path 
There's really only 1 quest and an extra scene for this path, it's unclear whether there will be any additional content for this path in the future. >
Definitely (💾) save before taking this route, since it will set Karen on the NTR route with Diego and Eddy and you won't be able to pursue a relationship with her (which will also make completing some of Barbara's quests more complicated).
Stage 1: A wild party
On Sunday (around 11:00) go to the east gateway. You need to have 20+ beers with you and about 10 packages of drugs. There's a ==hidden marker== on the right-side sidewalk that will trigger a scene with Diego and Karen, choose:
- Look at her booty... (📷 unlocks Karen bonus 10)
- "Hi, guys!" > "How about hanging out together!?"
- "Yhea! I have enough for everyone!" - you need to have 20+ beers in your inventory
This will start a "happy drinking" mini-game with them (💾 save here):
- You need to get Karen and Diego's drunk & happy stats at 90+ (or edit their drunk & happy stats)
- You only need to watch out for Karen's drunk stat going to 100 - it doesn't have a negative effect on Diego, so alternate between drinking and talking. You can also give Karen a plush toy to increase her happy stat
- Look at... > Look at her breast! (📷 unlocks Karen bonus 8)
Once you have the stats choose:
- "Talk to Karen..." > "Suggest stuff" - she might reject the idea, so try again. If she agrees, she'll take off her top. Repeat that a couple more times. She'll take off all her clothes and then suggest you do the same
Then ask them all personal questions and make sure they answer them (the choices disappear from the menu). Their drunk & happy stats need to be at 80+ while doing this. Start with Karen, it's safer to do it in this order:
- ask about fetish (needs 60+ drunk & happy stats)
- oral sex (needs 70+ drunk & happy stats)
- vaginal sex (needs 80+ drunk & happy stats)
- anal sex (needs 90+ drunk & happy stats)
- "How do you like Diego in sex?" (needs 90+ drunk & happy stats)
- repeat the same with Diego
From here there are multiple paths (💾 save and re-load to watch all the scenes). You can:
- Talk to Diego and ask to fuck Karen (📷 unlocks Karen bonus 4) or her give you a blowjob
- Talk to Karen and watch them fuck (📷 unlocks Karen bonus 5) or her giving blowjob to Diego while you watch and jerk off
This quest will increase the karen_ntr_path counter, meaning, she won't be available for an exclusive relationship with MC anymore (and as a result you won't be able to complete normal look path quests for her).
You won't actually progress to Stage 2 after completing this quest, however, the Extra 1 quest will become available.
When visiting Karen and she isn't in the living room, go to her room and you should see her lying on her bed, talk to her (📷 unlocks Karen bonus 6).
Extra 1: just visiting
Go to Eddy's apartment (==hidden marker== near cheap apartments where the bikes are) in the morning after 11:00 and knock on the door. You need Eddy answering the door since Diego likely won't let you in. Once he does, you should see him and Karen having sex, while Diego watches. Watching them will reduce your Reputation.
There are 3 different scenes of them having sex (Karen being face-fucked, getting analed or being a cum dump), so just skip time while staying at their place to watch all of them.
Bum Stage 2: TBC
At the moment, it's unclear whether there will be a continuation of any bum look quests or the story will progress only with the normal look path.
Normal look path 
[WiP] Once you've completed Karen's S0, you'll be able to pursue her as a girlfriend. Proceed with getting a normal look at the barbershop. The only way to increase Relationship stat with her without cheating and getting access to her S1 is to repeat her Extra 2 several times. >
If you completed S1 of the bum path, there's no in-game way to get Karen off the NTR path, except manually changing the karen_ntr_path' variable to '0' which will reset her path.
Extra 2: private dance
Go to the Paradise strip club, pay the entrance fee. Once inside talk to the barman, choose:
- "I would like to order a private dance!" > "Karen" > Pay

Once inside, talk to her when she's sitting on the couch. You can first choose to give her a plush toy (a better choice) or a box of chocolates as a gift, to improve your relationship with her. Then choose:
- "How are you doing?" > "Can we go for a walk together?"
- "If I will help, can we go for a walk together?"
She'll tell you that she's upset because her brother Gordon is in trouble, so you need to help the little rascal first. You can find Gordon in the evening (after 20:00) at the east gateway where Diego usually hangs out. You should see a motorcycle further down the alley. Click on the ==hidden marker== on the sidewalk and it will start a scene where Gordon is being confronted by Eddy, choose:
- "Leave him alone..."
- Then you can either fight Eddy (need to kick his ass and you'll gain a little bit of Reputation) or pay him, your choice
Visit Karen the next morning. Talk to her when she's sitting on the couch:
- "How are you doing?" > "Can we go for a walk together?" (📷 unlocks Karen bonus 7)
Once you're at the cafe, choose:
- Talk about... > About relationships > "Maybe you will like my cock more?"
- Pay for everything yourself - to further improve your relationship with her
Extra 3: naughty brother
Go to Karen's place on Monday morning (after 6:00) and go to her room - you'll catch her and Gordon having some "fun". There are 2 variations of this event:

Stage 2: Cafe fun
Go to Karen's place in the morning, talk to her and choose:
- "How are you doing?" > "Can we go for a walk together?"
