Dilara

Same as her mom Licinia, a bit of a gold-digger. Looking for a sugar daddy - knows how to manipulate men. Has a rebellious nature and isn't shy about stealing things.

You'll have a brief encounter with her during the Prologue, but it really isn't that important for the following story.

You'll unlock her as a character only much later in the game.

Stage 0: Introduction

You'll meet her at the Paradise strip club during Bella's S16. After you complete Bella's S16, stay at home during the day and Dilara will show up at around 11:00. Once you hear the doorbell ring, select:

Open door (📷 unlocks Dilara bonus 2)
"Come in."

You'll have a chat about her and Flamingo, and she'll let you know where she knows you from (she's the little girl from Prologue whom you gave the bullet casing to). After she leaves, you'll realize that she successfully distracted you and managed to steal your wallet.

Stage 1: A private dance

You need to have 60+ Relationship with Dilara to progress with this quest. You'll also need ~$1500 to pay for the entrance fee and the private dance.

On Fri-Sun after 23:00 go to the 'strip club' neighborhood, select Paradise strip club and pay the club entrance fee. Once inside, talk to the barman and select:

"I would like to order a private dance!" > "Dilara" > Pay x$

After you pay him you'll get a private dance scene with Dilara (📷 unlocks Dilara bonus 4). At the end of her dance select:

"I want to talk..."
"Why did you steal money from me? You could have just asked." > "No..."
"No! This is different Dilara."

Stage 2: Good Samaritan

You need to have either 85+ Reputation or 85+ Strength depending on the approach you choose later in the quest.

Stay at home during a weekday and Dilara will show up at around 11:00. Once you hear the doorbell ring, select:

Open door > "Come in."
"I will help."

On Friday (after 11:00), go to upper luxury apartments, talk to the concierge and select: 'Apartment 411'. After a brief scene with Dilara you'll confront Julio - you can play it 2 ways (up to you which one you choose):

if you have high reputation, you can defuse the situation by selecting: "I don't want to interfere in someone else's personal life. But what you are doing is not worthy..." - Licinia will appreciate it and your relationship with her will increase
if you have high strength you can teach him a lesson by selecting: Grab him hard by the nose! (strength) > "Will you try to force me to respect you!?" - Licinia will appreciate it and your relationship with her will increase, also Dilara will be happy
- you can also select: Push harder (break his nose) - Licinia will not like it, but Dilara will be happy

Extra 1: weird family

After completing Dilara's S2, you'll be able to visit Dilara, Licinia and Julio at their apartment (on Friday and weekends after 9:00). Go to upper luxury apartments, talk to the concierge and select: 'Apartment 411'.

There are 3 scenes available:

On Saturday you can have a brief talk with Dilara in the living room and watch a scene with the three of them arguing.
On Sunday, from 9:00 to 11:00, you can watch Dilara and Licinia talking the bedroom and say 'Hi!' to them, but there aren't any other interactions with them.
On Fri-Sun after 20:30 click on 'Licinia and Julio' marker in the living room (📷 unlocks Licinia bonus 3) to watch a short scene with them.

Stage 3: The troublemaker

You need to wait about a week after completing Dilara's S2 for the dialogue option with Licinia to appear.

On Friday (after 9:00), go to upper luxury apartments, talk to the concierge and select: 'Apartment 411'. Click on the 'Bedroom' marker and you'll see Licinia there, talk to her (📷 unlocks Licinia bonus 2) and choose:

"Where is Dilara?"

She'll tell you that Dilara might have fallen in with the wrong crowd again and she's hanging out with some guy named Hugo. Skip time until 23:00 and go to the 'strip club' neighborhood, select Paradise strip club and pay the club entrance fee. Once inside, talk to the barman and select:

"I would like to order a private dance!" > "Dilara" > Pay x$

After you pay him you'll get a private dance scene with Dilara. At the end of her dance select:

"I want to talk..."
"What's happening? Are you Okay?"

She'll be upset about you poking nose into her business and at the end of your talk your relationship with her will decrease. She'll also steal some money from you.

Stage 4: The caretaker

You need to have 80+ Reputation to succeed with this quest.

Go find and talk to Arnold to find more information about this Hugo guy (alternatively you can also get the information from prostitute Gina but she will ask more money for this "service"), choose:

"I need to know something..."
"Do you know where Hugo's porn studio is?"
Pay to him x$!

Make sure your Strength and Energy is at max at the start of this quest, to make the ass-kicking easier during this quest. Also, if you choose the peaceful method in resolving the issue with Hugo, be prepared to fork over ~$3000 for 'his troubles'.

On Sunday after 20:00 go to the south gateway. Select the ==hidden marker== in front of the big doors (slightly to the left of the 'toilet' marker), choose:

Knock
"I need to talk to Hugo!" - be prepared for a fight
"I won't repeat it twice! Step aside..." - focus on beating one, then the other

You'll enter the studio and find Dilara and Hugo there, you can play it 2 ways (up to you which one you choose), the result will be the same:

"I came for Dilara! She will not appear in your videos! (peaceful method)" > Pay him x$ - you'll lose some money, but resolve the issue peacefully, it's unclear if there are advantages for this path in the future
"Shut your filthy mouth you bastard! (forceful method)" - you need to have high (~50+) strength for this to work, you'll get a strength bonus, it's unclear if there will be other consequences for this choice in the future

After leaving Hugo's studio, you and Dilara will end up at MC's apartment (💾 save here and re-load if you want to see other angles of the scenes).
