Bella

Bella's questline has 2 variations:
- the one where the MC doesn't snitch on Hector during the Prologue - this is considered to be the main questline, since it offers more content;
- the one where the player chose to give up Hector, hence becoming his enemy - this will lead to an alternative path for two of Bella's quests (S3 and S5).
Stage 0: Introduction 
Teo is a tough cookie, make sure you train at the gym to increase your strength and have your energy at max when you face him.
MC needs to have a normal look to trigger a scene outside of the lower luxury apartments around 11:00 (Mon-Fri). You'll see Bella's bodyguard Teo standing next to a limousine. Confront him (this will immediately lead to a fight, so be ready for it) by saying:
- "You're pissing me off, fat man!" > "Come on! Piece of pig shit!!!"
- Beat his ass (📷 unlocks Bella bonus 1)
- Tell Bella your name
You can then either accept the money or reject it, your choice. If you select: "I can't accept money from women..." your reputation and relationship with Bella will increase. Then choose:
- "You are so beautiful! Can we go somewhere together?" it will further improve your relationship
Stage 1: A high-class MILF
Visit Martha's store on Saturday (between 9:00 and 16:00) and talk to Bella:
- "Hey!" > "Maybe we can take a walk?"
When talking at the park select:
- "But I think you are a very attractive woman." > "No..."
- "What about you? Who is your husband?"
Stage 2: Burying the hatchet
Go to the lower luxury apartments on Mon-Fri around 11:00, you'll see Teo standing next to a limo. Start a conversation with him and choose:
- "I need to talk with Bella."
When Bella shows up select:
- "Yea. I thought about your suggestion. I would like to speak to Mr. Salazar."
Stage 3: Job opportunity
On Saturday at 9:00 go to the lower luxury apartments and talk to concierge, select:
- Mr. Salazar's penthouse
Once you approach Mr. Salazar, select:
- "..." > "Why would I suddenly believe you?" > "I don't want to be enemies with you!"
When he offers you to work for him again, choose:
- "I agree"
You can also select "I need to think!", either way you'll progress with Bella. By accepting you can start working for him during weekends immediately, which offers good money and unlocks some extra events.
Extra 1: snooping around
After your conversation with Hector (and also while working for Mr. Salazar on weekends), go to 'Second floor' and select:
- Second floor (corridor)
- Click on 'Bella room' > Enter without knocking!
- Click on 'Restroom' > Go check! (💾 save here)
You can ogle her, but make sure she doesn't catch you (re-load if she does), then choose:
- "Are you alright?!" > "Amazing!"
It will improve your relationship with Bella.
Extra 2: peeping Tom
While working for Salazar on Saturday evening after 22:00, go to 'Second floor' and select:
- Second floor (corridor) > 'Adan and Rafael'
- "Wanted to check on Mrs. Salazar. Is she all right?"
- "You can go eat! I will replace you for a while!"
- Take a peek what's up there! (💾 save before clicking on it and re-load to see 4 variations of the following scene)
There's a chance that Bella might catch you peeping on them, in which case your relationship with her will take a hit. Once the scene is over Adan and Rafael will even pay you small amount of money for your "troubles".
Extra 3: flexible show
While working for Salazar on Sunday morning after 8:00, click on Bella doing yoga and select:
- "You have a very flexible body Bella!" > "Can I watch you?" (💾 save before clicking on it and re-load to see variations of the following scene)
This will start a slideshow scene with her doing various yoga poses. If you're lucky you might witness her have a "wardrobe accident".
Stage 4: Potential trouble
Stay at your apartment during a weekday and Bella will show up at around 11:00. Once you hear the doorbell ring, select:
- Open door > "Yes! Of course Bella! Come in." > Continue...
After she tells you the story about her and Hector, select:
- "Yes..."
This will max out your relationship stats with Bella.
Stage 5: An inside job
On Saturday at 9:00 go to the lower luxury apartments and talk to concierge, select:
- Mr. Salazar's penthouse > Start the workday!
Once at the penthouse, select:
- 'Second floor' > Second floor (office) - you need Hector to be in his office, skip time, if he isn't
- Select 'Hector' > "Good morning Boss..." - it will start a scene with Bella
- You can take your risk and 'Take a closer look!'
Once you're back on the first floor, select:
- 'Adan and Rafael' or 'Second floor' (both will start the same scene)
- "I didn't mean to! I don't want problems with the Boss."
- "I have a couple of juicy burgers with me guys! I can serve you!"
If you meet the stats, they'll let you take over the watch for a brief while and you'll end up at Hector's office. Click on the hidden 'Hector PC' location marker (to the right of the desk, in front of the office chair). Select:
- Download data (💾 save and re-load to see 2 variations of the following scene)
- Look at them! - you can watch a brief scene of Hector fucking Bella while data is downloading
Skip till the end of the work day and go home. Stay at home during a weekday and Bella will show up around 11:00. Once you hear the doorbell ring, select:
- Open door > "Yes! Of course Bella! Come in." > Continue... > "Yes!"
Then you have two options, either:
- be a gentleman and select: "Don't thank me for this!" which will improve your relationship and she'll offer you money. You can take it, or reject it and further improve your reputation and relationship
- or ask for more: "I was hoping for a bigger thank you from a beautiful woman like you..." - this will significantly damage your relationship and reputation, but you'll get a footjob scene with her (💾 save and re-load to see 2 variations of the following scene)
Either way, you'll succeed with the quest.
Stage 6: More trouble
Stay at home during a weekday and Bella will show up around 11:00. Once you hear the doorbell ring, select:
- Open door > "Yes! Of course Bella! Come in." > Continue... > "Yes..."
Stage 7: An honest cop
On Thursday evening go to the bus stop outside the city. Skip time until midnight and Muhammad will show up in his car. Talk to him and let the scene play out.
After he leaves, return to the city and go to the police station. Talk to Zeus (Sgt. Gonzaga) and choose:
- "Hi officer!" > "I need to talk with Marco"
Marco will be quite suspicious about your intentions, so during the conversation with him, choose:
- "You are a good man!"
- "I know you don't work for them..."
- "Do you want to keep sucking on a cartel cock?"
- "You can sit back and watch this city rot with your family." (this step might not be needed)
Then go home and skip time until 11:00. Once you hear the doorbell ring, select:
- Open door > "Yes! Of course Bella! Come in." > Continue... > "Yes..."
Stage 8: Best buddy
Go to Nestor's house after 20:00 and talk to him, select:
- "We need to have a serious talk bro... (Bella...)!"
Just let the scene play out and Nestor will agree to help. You'll both get drunk afterwards.
Stage 9: Rescue mission
Visit Martha's store on Saturday (between 9:00 and 16:00) and talk to Bella, select:
- "Hey!" > "We need to talk about your personal matter..."
- "About your personal matter..."
- "I don't take money from women!" - will increase your relationship with her
- "Just spend time with Bella!"
Stage 10: Hollywood action scene
Go to Nestor's house on Saturday evening (after 20:00), you'll find Bella, Maria, Muhammad and Nestor there, talk to them and let the scene play out. During the scene you'll devise a rather hasty plan for saving Bella's sons from Salazar's villa.
Once you are at the villa and try to sneak your way around the guards, follow the directions Muhammad is giving you about how fast you need to go (they are random each time). The timer will run out before you get to the end, so save after every 2 moves and then re-load when the guy spots you. This will restart the timer. Repeat until you get to the other side of the complex.
Once you save the kids and return for Nestor (💾 save before you advance the scene), you'll need to fight a strong guard that has massive health and is pretty strong, make sure your Energy is at max or use cheats to increase it.
When the mission is done you'll get a short reunion scene at Nestor's house with Bella and her kids.
Stage 11: The hero
Go to Nestor's house on Monday or Tuesday around 12:00 and talk to Bella, select:
- Kiss her! - assuming you want to pursue Bella as your love interest, if not, select either of the other two options
Stage 12: Hero reward
Stay at home during a weekday and Bella will show up around 11:00. Once you hear the doorbell ring, select:
- Open door > "Come here..." > Grab her butt > Continue...
You will then be presented with options for having fun with her. You will get 3 options, but she won't agree to have sex right away and you won't be able to see all the scenes in one go, so select one of these:
- "Do it with your feet..." - the same footjob scene as for Bella's S5 (choose this if you didn't see it)
- "Do it with your lips..." (💾 save before the scene starts and re-load to see 3 variations of the following scene)
After you cum, she'll be happy and your relationship will get a massive boost. Then skip time till the next day and stay in your apartment. Repeat the same steps as earlier, but this time select:
- "I want you... (vaginal sex)"

Once you've had all the fun with Bella, go to Nestor's house around midday and just let the scene play out (you might need to click on Bella first, if she's there).
Stage 13: The disappearance
In the evening after 20:00, go to Nestor's house and go to Maria's room. You'll see her in her bed talking to Jose and Arthur, talk to them and they'll tell you that Bella appears to be missing.
Stage 14: Police assistance
Go to the police station. Talk to Zeus (Sgt. Gonzaga) and choose:
- "Hi officer!" > "I need to talk with Marco"
You'll have a short scene with Marco where he'll tell you that he'll help you find Bella, but eventually you'll need to do the legwork yourself for finding the information about her whereabouts.
Stage 15: Eyes and ears
As discussed with Marco, you need to find Bella's whereabouts - you have 2 options to choose from (the one with Arnold offers an additional scene but will take more effort and resources to complete):
- talk to prostitute Gina at the east gateway at night, tell her that you're looking for a woman, she'll ask you to bring her
xamount of drug doses. Use Arnold's help to get the password and buy the drugs from the cartel, then bring them to Gina and she'll tell you where Bella is being held; or - ask Arnold for help (he hangs out at bus stop at night or south gateway during day), talk to him and select: "I need to know something..." > "I'm looking for a woman..."
- He'll tell you about his crush on Esmeralda and you need to agree to help him: "Okay! What do you want me to do Arnie!?"
- Then follow the same steps as for Esmeralda's S0 until the point when you're at the restaurant with her having drinks and she takes off her shoes. You need her drunk & happy stats to be at 85+, then select: Talk about... > About Arnold... > Pay for everything yourself
- After you take her to Arnold and they both go inside a bathroom stall, peek (💾 save and re-load to see 3 variations of the following scene) at them having anal sex (📷 unlocks Esmeralda bonus 3). After their scene look for Arnold and ask him: "Where is Bella?"
Afterwards go to the police station and talk to Marco about the things you've learned. He'll tell you how to proceed with rescuing Bella.
Stage 16: Rescue mission
On Tuesday (after 11:00) go to east gateway. You should see Flamingo and his gang hanging out next to a white SUV. Click on a ==hidden marker== right in front of the SUV to start a scene. Once the thugs confront you, select:
- "What's going on?"
- "I want to make a big deal..."
- "I want to buy 100 kilograms"
- "Stop playing with me! (kick the girl in the chest)"
He'll agree to meet with you and discuss the deal at the Paradise strip club on Friday at 23:00.
On Friday at 23:00 go to the 'strip club' neighborhood, pay the club entrance fee and once inside, click on the ==hidden marker== in front of the table where Flamingo and his gang are sitting to start a scene. When Flamingo asks you about Salazar's villa, select:
- "It was I who blew up his villa..."
- "I love big booty too... But she's not my type... So your brother can rest easy." - you can have additional choices, if you have completed Karen's S3 and had anal sex with her, both of which are valid dialogue options to progress
Flamingo should be happy with your answers and agree to have a deal with you. Then Dee will enter the club (📷 unlocks Dilara bonus 1) and things will get heated, select:
- Continue... (📷 unlocks Dilara bonus 3)
This quest contains Bella's rape scene which isn't avoidable, so be warned!
On Thursday (after 11:00) go to the police station and talk to Zeus (Sgt. Gonzaga), select:
- "Hi officer!" > "I need to talk with Marco"
This will start a scene where Marco will debrief you and the S.W.A.T. team about Flamingo and his gang. He'll explain the plan for the sting operation of taking down Flamingo and rescuing Bella. From there it will cut straight to the mission. Once Marco drops you off at their hideout, one of Flamingo's thugs will escort you to the meeting place. You'll be forced to watch a scene of Bella being raped by Flamingo (at this point there's nothing you can do about it), after he greets you select:
- "Hello Flamingo..."
Once you sit down to talk business (💾 save here just in case things go south), you need to be quick and ask all questions below before the timer runs out (if you fail, Flamingo will become suspicious and Keke will shoot you), select:
- "Who was that girl in the strip club?"
- "Is the product ready?"
- "Who is she?"
- "What is the price per kilo?" - he'll offer you a higher price, so you need to haggle with him
- "It's too much (offer your price...)" - enter $4900, there's a risk of going lower, repeat until he lowers the asking price below $5000, then select:
- Accept price
- "I'm ready to pay! Let's start the deal!"
At this moment Marco's S.W.A.T. team will cut the electricity and start their assault. Just watch the scenes until the moment where the S.W.A.T. team is ready to blow the warehouse door and force their way in. At this moment Flamingo will understand that he's been set up and go after you (💾 save before the fight starts, if possible, cause the fight will be laggy and the game will try to fuck you over by not giving you attack opportunities). Kick Flamingo's ass, which will end the assault.
Marco will arrive and assess the aftermath by uncovering more of Flamingo's atrocities. You and Bella will then be brought to the police station, where you'll discuss your options against Hector and how to keep Bella safe. You'll discover that Marco is worthless and you're basically on your own.
Stage 17: TBC
Alternative path
Compared to the other path, there are 2 quests that have a slightly different content.
Stage 3: Old grudges
On Saturday at 9:00 go to the lower luxury apartments and talk to concierge, select:
- "Mr. Salazar's penthouse"
Once you approach Mr. Salazar, select:
- "..."
Thankfully, the bodyguards won't shoot you, but you and Salazar will remain on shaky grounds and you won't be able to work for him.
Stage 5: Digging for info
Find Arnold. Talk to him and select:
- "I need to know something..." > "Do you know anything about Hector Salazar's villa?"
Pay him the amount he asks and he'll provide some information about the villa and its location.
Stay at your apartment during a weekday and Bella will show up at around 11:00. Once you hear the doorbell ring, select:
- Open door > "Yes! Of course Bella! Come in." > Continue... > "Yes!"
Then you have two options, either:
- be a gentleman and select: "Don't thank me for this!" which will improve your relationship and she'll offer you money. You can take it, or reject it and further improve your reputation and relationship
