You first need to complete Karen's S1 and get Karen to invite you into their apartment to unlock the encounter with Barbara.

You can do Barbara's S0 with either bum or normal look, but it's recommended to do it while having a bum look, since there are additional scenes which you will otherwise miss.

Gift preference: a box of chocolates

Stage 0: Introduction

Get a Box of Chocolates from Martha's store. You need to have 60+ Relationship with Barbara and 60+ Handsome stat to progress with this quest.

Once you've completed Karen's S1, you'll be able to visit Karen at her apartment (in the morning after 6:00 ring the doorbell for apartment #101 of the cheap apartment complex). If Barbara or Harry answers the door, they won't let you in, so just try until Karen answers the door.

Once Karen invites you in, you'll be able to meet Barbara and Harry there and introduce yourself. Speak with Harry first, then introduce yourself to Barbara. Then interact with Barbara again, select:

"How are you doing?" > "Give her a box of chocolates"
Then compliment her: "Your daughter is very beautiful, but you..." (you need that 60+ Relationship and Handsome stat here to succeed)

From here, proceed with her bum look path.

Stage 1: A shop dispute

Make sure your energy is at max when starting the quest.

On Saturday morning (after 9:00) go to Martha's store and you'll see Barbara and Harry arguing. Select:

"What's going on?" > when Barbara asks, which is better, reply: "Wine!"
When Harry insults you, choose: "Show him real Mexican dick right here!"
Followed by: "Okey! Lets go SpongeBob!" and proceed by kicking his ass

You'll get to progress with Barbara to Stage 2, but don't start the next quest just yet. There's an additional step you need to complete to be able to complete Stage 2 successfully:

visit Martha's store again on Sunday morning
there are 2 hidden markers in the first isle on the left, click the bottom one (💾 save before you click on it) (==include map==), which will start a scene of Barbara giving Harry a blowjob
you need Harry not to cum (re-load if he does), in which case you'll be able to use that knowledge about their sex troubles in quest for Stage 2

Once you've completed the extra step, proceed to Stage 2.

Stage 2: Dirty fantasies

You'll need to have a ton (80+) of beers in your inventory and completed the extra step from Stage 1 to succeed with this quest.

Visit their place during weekend after 11:00. Talk to Harry, select:

"How about to drink beer together?" > "Yes, I have!"

Drink with him until Harry drunk & happy stats are at 60+, then choose:

"Talk about..." > "I would like Barbara to join us!"
Once she goes to change and comes back, say: "You look fantastic Barbara!" (💾 save here)

Then drink with both of them until their drunk & happy stats are at 85+ for both (or edit their drunk & happy stats):

make sure Harry's drunk stats don't exceed 100 or the evening will be over
it's quite challenging to keep Harry's drunk stat down, so after Barbara joins you click through the menus to get Harry's stats down and then increase them along with Barbara's stats
talk to Harry about Barbara and work (don't ask about Karen as it will upset Barbara!)
give Barbara a box of chocolates to increase her happy stat

Once they have the stats needed, choose:

"Talk about" > "Personal question" > "Barbara is awesome, I would like you to reveal to me the secret of how she is in bed?"
Barbara will get upset, but try again (get the stats back to 85+ first), this time choose: "Talk about" > "Personal question" > "I know that you and Barbara have problems in your personal life..." (your knowledge from the previous quest)

Harry will admit to you that he gets turned on by watching Barbara having sex with other men. As a Good Samaritan, you can't let your drinking buddy down, choose: "Of course! I will help you!"

In this weird ménage à trois you won't actually get to fuck Barbara, just her ass cheeks while Harry watches and masturbates. He'll tell you what pace he likes (usually it's normal), so follow it, otherwise he'll cut the scene short. Just click the buttons a few times till the bar is full.

Once the scene ends, Harry will be delighted, Barbara not so much (📷 unlocks Barbara bonus 1&2).

Bum Stage 3: TBC

At the moment, it's unclear whether there will be a continuation of any bum look quests or the story will progress only with the normal look path.

Normal look path

Once you've completed Barbara's S2, proceed with getting a normal look at the barbershop (also important for increasing that Handsome stat) and doing her S3.

Stage 3: Late night visit

You need to be renting the cheap apartment, have 60+ Relationship with Barbara and 75+ Handsome stat to succeed with this quest.

On Saturday morning (after 9:00) go to Martha's store and you'll see Barbara and Harry arguing. Select:

"What's going on?" > when Barbara asks, which is better, reply: "Beer!"
When Harry leaves, choose: "Pay no attention to him! If you want we can drink wine together sometime?" - you'll need the stats for her to agree

If you completed Barbara's S2 recently and helped them resolve their relationship "issues", you might need to wait for about a week to proceed with this, otherwise you won't get the expected result.

If she agrees, there's an additional step you need to complete to have a successful evening with her:

go to Barbara and Harry's apartment on Sunday morning (after 6:00)
click on the ==hidden marker== (on the door to the left of Karen's room) (💾 save before you click on it) and watch a scene where Barbara gives Harry a footjob
the key is for Harry not to cum (re-load if he does), in which case you'll be able to use that knowledge about their sex troubles when having drinks with Barbara
if you can't get the desired result, either wait a week and repeat the quest or manually set barbara_harry_sex_problem to 'True'

Get 10+ wine bottles from Martha's store. You need to have 85+ Relationship with Barbara and 85+ Handsome stat to succeed with this quest.

Be at your apartment in the evening, she'll visit you around 22:00. Once you hear the doorbell, choose:

Open door
"Yes! Of course Barbara! Come in." > "You look awesome Barbara!"
Alternatively, you can look at her breast and when she comments about it, apologize. This way you'll get some extra relationship points with her

This will start a "happy drinking" mini-game with her (💾 save here):

Drink wine with her until her drunk & happy stats are at 80+ (make sure her drunk stat doesn't reach 100 or she'll leave), you can also give her a box of chocolates to increase her happy stat
You can also choose: "Loot at..." > "Her breast..." or "Her feet...", if she's drunk enough, she'll take it as a compliment
Then choose: "Talk about..." > "Harry..."
"I know that you and Harry have problems in your personal life now..."
"Don't even think about it... You are a very hot woman!" (💾 save here)

Then go back to drinking wine and make sure the levels are back at 80+ (you'll need to re-up them after every question). Once they are, choose:

"Talk about..." > "Personal question..." > "About fetish..."
"Talk about..." > "Personal question..." > "About oral sex..."

Once her drunk & happy stats are at 90+ choose:

"Talk about..." > "Say about the fact that Barbara's breast is showing."
"I like to watch it Barbara..." > "I want you Barbara..." (💾 save and re-load to see the variations of the following scene)

She won't agree to fuck you, but she'll let you fuck her tits and be extremely happy at the end of it.

There's no progression to Stage 4 after this scene.
